What you get
| MCP connector | Jira issues and Confluence pages across the sites you can see. Remote, over streamable HTTP at https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp. |
| Plugin | 8 skills and 1 MCP server. MCP servers: atlassian. |
| Published by | Atlassian |
| Pinned source | atlassian/atlassian-mcp-server@b74220d |
How it signs in
Through your browser, the first time a session uses it. The server answers with a sign-in challenge, OHarness discovers Atlassian’s authorization server and registers itself there on the spot, and the tokens land in ~/.oharness/auth.json, readable only by you. Nothing to paste, and nothing stored by us.
Try it
Once Atlassian is connected, a first prompt to see it work:

Adding it
- Download OHarness for the Mac, or install the CLI anywhere Node runs.

Common questions
Does OHarness work with Atlassian?
Yes. Atlassian ships in OHarness as both an MCP connector and a plugin, so it is in the menu on first launch with nothing to look up.
How does the Atlassian connector sign in?
Through your browser. The first request is answered with a sign-in challenge, OHarness registers itself with Atlassian's authorization server on the spot, and the tokens are kept on your machine in auth.json, readable only by you. There is no key to paste.
What does the Atlassian plugin install?
8 skills and 1 MCP server. It is installed from atlassian/atlassian-mcp-server at commit b74220d, the exact version OHarness was checked against, rather than whatever is on a branch today.
Is OHarness affiliated with Atlassian?
No. OHarness works with Atlassian through its public MCP server; Atlassian and its logo belong to Atlassian.
