Vercel with OHarness
- Connector
- Plugin
- Build & Deployment
Deploy, debug and tune apps on Vercel: builds, logs, domains, Next.js and the AI SDK. OHarness works with Vercel out of the box — sign in once in your browser and its tools are in every session.

What you get
| MCP connector | Projects and deployments, with the build and runtime logs behind them. Remote, over streamable HTTP at https://mcp.vercel.com. |
| Plugin | 37 skills, 3 agents, 1 MCP server and hooks. MCP servers: vercel. |
| Published by | Vercel |

How it signs in
Through your browser, the first time a session uses it. The server answers with a sign-in challenge, OHarness discovers Vercel’s authorization server and registers itself there on the spot, and the tokens land in ~/.oharness/auth.json, readable only by you. Nothing to paste, and nothing stored by us.
Try it
Once Vercel is connected, a first prompt to see it work:
Check my latest Vercel deployment, read the build logs, and tell me why it failed.
Adding it
- Download OHarness for the Mac, or install the CLI anywhere Node runs.
- In the composer, open the + menu and find Vercel under Connectors or Plugins.

Common questions
Does OHarness work with Vercel?
Yes. Vercel ships in OHarness as both an MCP connector and a plugin, so it is in the menu on first launch with nothing to look up.
How does the Vercel connector sign in?
Through your browser. The first request is answered with a sign-in challenge, OHarness registers itself with Vercel's authorization server on the spot, and the tokens are kept on your machine in auth.json, readable only by you. There is no key to paste.
What does the Vercel plugin install?
37 skills, 3 agents, 1 MCP server and hooks. It is installed from vercel/vercel-plugin at commit 882e66c, the exact version OHarness was checked against, rather than whatever is on a branch today.
Is OHarness affiliated with Vercel?
No. OHarness works with Vercel through its public MCP server; Vercel and its logo belong to Vercel.
