What you get
| MCP connector | Run your Zapier actions across thousands of apps. Remote, over streamable HTTP at https://mcp.zapier.com/api/v1/connect. |
| Plugin | 4 skills, 1 agent and 1 MCP server. MCP servers: zapier. |
| Published by | Zapier |

How it signs in
Through your browser, the first time a session uses it. The server answers with a sign-in challenge, OHarness discovers Zapier’s authorization server and registers itself there on the spot, and the tokens land in ~/.oharness/auth.json, readable only by you. Nothing to paste, and nothing stored by us.
Try it
Once Zapier is connected, a first prompt to see it work:
Find the open items assigned to me in Zapier and write a short status update.
Adding it
- Download OHarness for the Mac, or install the CLI anywhere Node runs.
- In the composer, open the + menu and find Zapier under Connectors or Plugins.
- Pick it and sign in when the browser opens. Its tools are available from the next turn.

Common questions
Does OHarness work with Zapier?
Yes. Zapier ships in OHarness as both an MCP connector and a plugin, so it is in the menu on first launch with nothing to look up.
How does the Zapier connector sign in?
Through your browser. The first request is answered with a sign-in challenge, OHarness registers itself with Zapier's authorization server on the spot, and the tokens are kept on your machine in auth.json, readable only by you. There is no key to paste.
What does the Zapier plugin install?
4 skills, 1 agent and 1 MCP server. It is installed from zapier/zapier-mcp at commit 5360f15, the exact version OHarness was checked against, rather than whatever is on a branch today.
Is OHarness affiliated with Zapier?
No. OHarness works with Zapier through its public MCP server; Zapier and its logo belong to Zapier.
