One credit is a hundredth of a dollar of metered inference at list price, so 1,000 credits is $10 of it. Every call is charged at what the model costs and shown in the ledger to the hundredth, so a small call still moves the number.

Plan credits do; credits you buy do not. A subscription's allowance covers the month it was granted for — whatever is left of it goes when the next month's arrives. Credits bought outright, as a pack or by auto top-up, stay on the balance until you spend them. Usage draws on the plan's allowance first, so a top-up is only touched once the month's is gone.

Stripe handles the checkout. Card details are typed on Stripe's own page and never reach us — we never see or store a card number. Stripe states the amount in your own currency, with any tax, before anything is charged.

The same four plans, either way. By the year Pro costs 10% less and Max and Ultra 20% less than twelve months of the same rung; Starter costs the same either way, in one payment instead of twelve. A year is a discount on the money, not a year of credits up front: the allowance still arrives a month at a time, and what the year saves you is eleven card charges and the month somebody forgets to renew.

Yes, from the billing tab, which opens Stripe's own portal — the same place the card and the old invoices live. Cancelling stops the renewal; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. That period's allowance ends with it, and credits you bought stay on the balance.

Once credits from a payment have been spent, that payment is not refundable — the inference it paid for has already been bought and billed to us. If nothing has been spent from it, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Notes stay on your own machine without any limit. What the free plan limits is cloud sync, which carries them between your devices: up to 100 notes per project and 100 of your own, each up to 8 KB. Every subscription lifts that limit.
