What you need
OHarness Desktop installed and signed in.
Gmail connected. OHarness asks you to connect it the first time it needs your inbox.
To repeat it, the desktop app open (or the schedule daemon running) at the scheduled time.
How it goes
Paste the prompt and connect Gmail.
Approve the routine it proposes for weekday mornings.
Open the digest when you sit down. Ask it to draft replies to anything in "needs a reply".
