A tidy monthly folder and a ledger your accountant can open — schedule it as a routine and it runs on the first of every month.

What you need
OHarness Desktop installed and signed in.
Gmail connected. OHarness asks you to connect it the first time it needs your inbox.
A folder opened as the project, so the agent only works where you point it.
To repeat it, the desktop app open (or the schedule daemon running) at the scheduled time.
How it goes
Open the folder where invoices should live, then paste the prompt and connect Gmail when asked.
It finds invoice emails, saves each attachment with a consistent name and appends a row to the ledger.
Check the ledger once, then ask: "make this a routine on the 1st of every month".
